The project is one main volume that runs parallel to de plot,cutted crosswise by two other volumes one in the ground floor and the other in the first floor.

​

The longest volume hosts the main functions of the house and it is really opened to the back of the property in order to maximize the views to the garden. 

​

The cross volume in the ground floor host the access to the house and keeps the view conection from the front to the back of the property.  

The transversal volume in the first floor host the masterbedroom and is proyected out of the main volume to keep the atention of the user as a key point of the project.

The proposed dwelling is more opened to the back garden than to the front so that claim the privacy without losing the view connection as well as the cross ventilation from front to back to get the correct renovation of air and healthy conditions.
