Wood volume

Renovation stone house over a hundred years located in a Ayones, a small village in the municipality of Valdés, Asturias, to make it an accessible country house with two rooms.

 

Is proposed a new volume to only place of the plot where you can raise an extension, and is it where will be located rooms, while the old volume host common services (kitchen, living - dining room, library).

 

The original volume is meant as a double height space gives relief amplitude and a slightly reduced plant size, being understood as a unique space that articulates throughout of the dwelling, becoming the core of life house.
