Three volumes one house

Three volumes fit together are proposed; two above ground and one below ground. The two volumes above ground flying respect to each other and are separated from the ground marking itsindividuality within the set. 

 

These volumes are closed on the north facade providing privacy to housing access, while fully open to the rest of the plot, and views.

The basement is organized by a courtyard that is designated as an absent volume.
