Looking to the Maas

It is a study based on the different possibilities and versions for the same project. It is a row single family housing project where the flexibility of the different spaces of the house is one of the main principals.

Placed in a beautiful location looking to the river Maas in Rotterdam, the project try to solve the problems of the families nowadays, in order to create spaces that could be change their function over time.

In this way it is proposed a box which collect the main services of the house and it is moved from the front to the back to discover different concepts.
