A permanent terrace to a premises located in one of the most prominent sites of Gijón. In the bay of San Lorenzo beach is projected a space that opens to the sea and surrounding public space.

Terrace space is not limited to a simple container but extends into its environment, creating a space before the building that joins the existing public space, is to say, establishing a multi-level terrace, a space semiprivate / semipublic which complements the inner terrace
